These sessions are designed to focus on the areas that you need to work on to help you achieve your goals.

Initial Consultation

£90

During this 60-90min we will discuss information within 

  • Profile Questionnaire
  • Lifestyle Audit
  • Performance and Psychological profiling
  • Dietary analysis (nutritionist recommended on request)
  • Performance analysis/bench-marking
  • Action planning

All sessions must be paid for in advance

Run Video Analysis

£55

  • During this one hour session you will be filmed running from different angles
  • Following feedback you will be given relevant drills/exercises to do
  • All recordings will be emailed to you. 

OR

  • If you are unable to attend a 1:1 session, you can send your video in to be analysed with advice /guidance on your technique and relevant drills sent back to you


All sessions must be paid for in advance

Swim Video Analysis

£128

  • During this 30 min session you will be filmed swimming from different angles, with poolside feedback 
  • You will be sent a copy of your video with advice/guidance on how to improve your technique, including drills that are tailored to your needs

OR

  • If you are unable to attend a 1:1 session, you can send your video in to be analysed with advice /guidance on your technique and relevant drills sent back to you

Triathlon Training Plan Packages

Triathlon Training Plan Packages designed to help facilitate your training journey and will be based on your goals with regular feedback based on the completed sessions and post activity comments that have been submitted on Training Peaks.

Bronze

£85 per month

  • Monthly 30 min consultation - including analysis and review of past training sessions
  • Monthly adjustments to training schedule; analysis and review of training sessions
  • Personal Training Plan updated weekly via Training Peaks if post-activity comments have been completed
  • Regular updates on training via email newsletters
  • All packages must be paid for in advance

Silver

£145 per month

  • Fortnightly 30 min consultation - including analysis and review of past training sessions
  • Fortnightly adjustments to training schedule; analysis and review of training sessions
  • Personal Training Plan updated weekly via Training Peaks if post-activity comments have been completed
  • Regular updates on training via email newsletters
  • All packages must be paid for in advance

Gold

£190 per month

  • Weekly 30 min consultation -including analysis and review of past training sessions
  • Weekly adjustments to training schedule; analysis and review of training sessions

1:1 Triathlon Coached Sessions

1:1 session to help facilitate a process that will enable you to sort through any confusion or uncertainty you may be feeling and help you set realistic and achievable goals.

Open Water

30 mins 1:1 coached swim sessions at Beckenham Place Park Lake. BR3


  • Wednesday 12pm / 12.30pm / 1pm / 1.30pm
  • Friday - 9am / 9.30am / 10am / 10.30am / 11am

(NB these sessions are only available when the water temperature is above 14C from May to July and Sept to Oct)

  • Tuesdays 7pm; 7.30 or 8pm at West Norwood Health and Leisure Centre SE27

Nutrition

Every day we are bombarded with conflicting information about exercise and nutrition, obesity or new diets, so understanding the nutritional basis for a healthy diet is an important factor when exercising. With information gathered from you i will endeavour to ensure you achieve a combination of sound dietary practises,  exercise, advice and general nutritional guidelines. For a more detailed analysis I will put you in contact with a Nutritionist.

Strength & Conditioning for Sport

Strength and conditioning is an essential part of any sport. It helps to build a powerful and enduring body that can cope with the tough demands of your sport.  According to a report by the American Council on Exercise, a balanced  program can increase an athlete’s overall strength, muscular endurance, and flexibility. 


Regular sessions will give you the opportunity to focus on exercises that are specifically designed to support your training program all aspects of your event. 

Fitness Consultation /Evaluation

Prior to any engagement in exercise you will get access to an Initial Consultation please allow 30-60 mins (in person or online).  You will then be booked in for a Health and Fitness / /Flexibility and Movement evaluation. You will need to dressed for exercise and allow approx. 60-90 mins.

Strength & Conditioning

S&C sessions including Supple Strength / Kettle Bell/ Suspension Training can be held at
