Every day we are bombarded with conflicting information about exercise and nutrition, obesity or new diets, so understanding the nutritional basis for a healthy diet is an important factor when exercising. With information gathered from you i will endeavour to ensure you achieve a combination of sound dietary practises, exercise, advice and general nutritional guidelines. For a more detailed analysis I will put you in contact with a Nutritionist.

Strength and conditioning is an essential part of any sport. It helps to build a powerful and enduring body that can cope with the tough demands of your sport. According to a report by the American Council on Exercise, a balanced program can increase an athlete’s overall strength, muscular endurance, and flexibility.
Regular sessions will give you the opportunity to focus on exercises that are specifically designed to support your training program all aspects of your event.
Prior to any engagement in exercise you will get access to an Initial Consultation please allow 30-60 mins (in person or online). You will then be booked in for a Health and Fitness / /Flexibility and Movement evaluation. You will need to dressed for exercise and allow approx. 60-90 mins.
