Every day we are bombarded with conflicting information about exercise and nutrition, obesity or new diets, so understanding the nutritional basis for a healthy diet is an important factor when exercising. With information gathered from you i will endeavour to ensure you achieve a combination of sound dietary practises, exercise, advice and general nutritional guidelines. For a more detailed analysis I will put you in contact with a Nutritionist.
Prior to any engagement in exercise you will get access to an Initial Consultation please allow 30-60 mins (in person or online). You will then be booked in for a Health and Fitness / /Flexibility and Movement evaluation. You will need to dressed for exercise and allow approx. 60-90 mins.
